This pavement has been crack filled and sealcoated protecting the original surface for years to come from erosion and adding curb appeal to the property. After a complete cleaning, and prepping of the asphalt surface,  ASA approved sealcoating material (polymer modified coal tar and 80 grit sand mix) was used to coat the pavement. This mix is applied in 2 applications for complete surface coverage. Using this type of application has  a one year warranty on repairs.
