Residential Property 2

This pavement has been crack filled and sealcoated protecting the original surface for years to come from erosion and adding curb appeal to the property. After a complete cleaning, and prepping of the asphalt surface,  ASA approved sealcoating material (polymer modified coal tar and 80 grit sand mix) was used to coat the pavement. This mix is applied in 2 applications for complete surface coverage. Using this type of application has  a one year warranty on repairs. We provide the same top quality service to our residential and commercial properties.

This pavement is 10 years old and was just starting to break down with small hairline cracks and a few larger cracks developed from tree root damage. The root damaged areas were filled using SCDOT approved crack filling material. Then, the driveway was sealcoated with two-coats of PCMTS sealcoating material. Repairing an older residential pavement will extend the life of the surface.

Before and After Commercial Property 1

This parking lot was in need of major repair. Over 4 tons of patching and 1000 ft of crack filling was included to remove the failing asphalt surface and stop water erosion of the subgrade. The sub-grade underneath the asphalt patches had to be repaired and compacted as well. Two-coats of PCMT Sealcoating material was applied and the parking lot markings were painted.
