Terms & Conditions

All contracted work to be completed in a workmanlike manner according to standard practices. Any alterations or deviations from contracted specifications involving extra costs will be executed only upon written orders, and will become an extra charge over and above the contracted estimate. All workmanship and materials supplied by Herndon Asphalt Engineering and Consulting LLC are guaranteed for a period of (1) year from date of construction completion.  Herndon Asphalt Engineering and Consulting LLC will not be liable for damage caused by faulty work of other contractors, damage from material storage, construction equipment traffic, or acts of nature. All design specifications are the responsibility of the owner or his designated agent unless specified by documentation. Financial arrangements to be made and agreed upon by both parties prior to commencement of work. All proposals may be withdrawn by Herndon Asphalt Engineering and Consulting LLC if not accepted within (30) days

Payment Terms

Payments subject to the following terms and conditions: Customer’s signature attests financial responsibility, ability, and willingness to pay Herndon Asphalt Engineering and Consulting LLC invoices in accordance with our terms. Invoices are payable after completion of work. Customer agrees to pay 1 1/2% per month interest (18% annually) on all accounts past due over the billing date; all costs of collection including 40% of the principle or attorney’s fee if collected by law or through an attorney at law; a charge of $30.00 will be assessed for any non-sufficient fund check given for payment toward indebtness.
